Chief Executive Officer · Principal Consultant
An Executive Consultant and Leadership Strategist with over 20 years of experience advising government agencies, state-linked institutions, and corporations locally and internationally. He has served as a panel consultant with the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) on the Post-COVID SME Business Digitalization Project, led major transformation initiatives with CMS (Malaysia), and shaped the market positioning of PMCG (Qatar). He sits on the assessment panel of Sarawak's Anugerah Kualiti Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Sarawak (AKPANS) and is a resource person for the Leadership Institute of Sarawak Civil Service.

Senior Executive
A corporate trainer with over 18 years of experience in corporate training, strategic business development, and client relationship management across multiple industries. Over the past decade with the firm, he has led its training initiatives, overseen business development, and expanded its corporate partnerships. He has facilitated training and team building programmes for organizations such as CMS Roads, Harwood Timber, LKIM, STIDC, SACOFA, and Housing Development Corporation Sarawak, and is known for an engaging style that helps participants discover their strengths and work better together.

Senior Executive
A medical graduate who has moved into the business side of corporate training and consulting. She is the first point of contact for client organizations: she handles training enquiries, guides clients through programme registration, and keeps communication clear from the first enquiry to the end of each programme. Behind the scenes, she coordinates schedules, prepares documentation, and liaises between clients, trainers, and internal teams, bringing a clinician's accuracy and composure to every detail.

For over two decades, I've worked inside boardrooms, government agencies, GLCs, and SMEs, locally and internationally, and the same problem keeps showing up. Most leaders know exactly where they want to go. Getting their organizations to move is the harder part.
I've sat in enough offsites to know that the plan is rarely the problem. What's missing is a precise read on what actually needs to happen to move the needle, and whether the right people are pulling toward the same thing. Without that, even a well-crafted strategy stays on the slide deck.
